This page describes Tax Sherpa's free Survey call and lets you book one. The information here is general. It is not tax, legal, financial or accounting advice for your situation.

What the service is

The Survey call is a free conversation of about 20 minutes in which we learn your situation and advise you on the solution that fits. There is no obligation. Booking a call does not by itself make you a client or create an advisory relationship with Tax Sherpa; any paid work starts only under a separate agreement.

Not advice

Nothing on this page is tax, legal, financial or accounting advice. Your tax result depends on your own facts and on rules that change. Individual results vary, and we do not promise any particular result.

Your information

Please give accurate details. See the Privacy Policy for what we receive, who handles it, and the analytics and advertising tools on this site.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, to attempt to access anything that is not yours, or to submit details that are not yours. We may block use that breaks these Terms.

No warranty

This page is provided “as is.” We make no guarantee that it is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online Tax Solutions Group LLC (dba Tax Sherpa) is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this page. Our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose (nothing, as the page and the Survey call are free).

Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update these Terms, or change, suspend or discontinue this page, at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
